Hi, I’m Asha!

Asha Agrawal is a transformational leadership coach who helps individuals move beyond traditional definitions of success and into lives that are bold, intentional, and deeply alive. She draws on relationships with self and nature as both metaphor and method—supporting clients to slow down, listen inward, and chart a path that is uniquely their own.
Asha brings over a decade of experience leading at the intersection of innovation, impact, and strategy. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of Tin Shed Ventures and Head of Corporate Development at Patagonia, where she oversaw the company’s venture capital arm, led strategic investments in regenerative food systems and circular supply chains, and scaled the Worn Wear resale business to profitability.
Prior to Patagonia, Asha held executive roles across corporate law, venture capital, and early-stage climate startups, and featured in Forbes, Fast Company, and Vogue Business, among others to share these experiences. Having made bold transitions herself—from lawyer to operator to investor—she brings both strategic clarity and lived experience to her work. She understands the pressure of high-performance environments and the desire for something more aligned. Her clients are high-achievers and big dreamers—founders, executives, lawyers, and finance professionals—who are ready to realign their lives with their values, creativity, and deeper purpose.
Asha’s work blends reflection, embodiment, and nature-based insight to create grounded, expansive spaces for transformation. She has trained as an Integral Coach (New Ventures West), completed her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training, and integrates wisdom from Buddhist dharma, relational intelligence, and the natural world—her greatest teacher — into her coaching containers.

My Approach

It all begins with deep listening. Deep listening to your inner wisdom and the wild dreams that continue to visit you.

We can learn to paint the contours of the dreams and choose the best next step to make them reality.
